A new-build residential slab on a Lindenow block, poured to engineer specification ahead of the frame crew.
Scope included site preparation, set-out from the builder’s drawings, plumbing penetration coordination, pod layout, reinforcement placement and the pour itself. The set-out was kept tight so the frame crew didn’t have to pack or shim on the day.
Handed over ready for frame on the scheduled day. No re-work, no surprises for the builder or plumber.
